Since 2011, we’ve been sharing Japanese treats with the world through OyatsuCafe – the world’s favorite Japanese candy & snack store. To help you discover the most amazing Japanese treats, Oyatsubox – a monthly subscription box of Japanese treats – was created in 2014.

Every month, our passionate snack experts research, taste, and hand-pick only the most delicious Japanese treats – from all-time classics, hidden gems, to the newest releases. These treats are neatly packed into a box along with a premium gachapon (Japanese capsule toy) and shipped directly from Japan to your door every month.

With each Oyatsubox, you’ll get only the highest quality, name brand Japanese snacks with free worldwide shipping. And with easy online cancellation, you’ll always have control over your subscription. Whether you want to discover your new favorite Japanese treat, or just love anime or Japanese culture in general, Oyatsubox has got you covered!

Delivery

We ship using Japan Post - one of the most reliable post services in the world. Boxes ship on the 1st day of each month. You will get an email from us with delivery dates.

In the very rare chance that your delivery is late, we will ship you a replacement via Express mail ASAP.

Delivery takes between 2-4 weeks for most countries.

Payments

After subscribing your payment method will be charged automatically on the 26th of each month. We send you an email 3 days before a payment is due so you have plenty of time to cancel or update your payment method if needed.

If your payment method fails, then we will try again the next day. If the 2nd attempt fails then your subscription will sadly be cancelled. In this case, feel free to email us to reactivate your account.

How can I cancel my account?

All you need to do is log into your account and click the “Cancel” button at the bottom of the page. If you have already paid for 1 box, then you will still receive this delivery.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide for free. However, some countries have unreliable postal services for International packages. If you do not see your country as an option on checkout then unfortunately we cannot delivery OyatsuBox to you at this time.

Do I have to pay customs or import tax?

Our packages are marked as gifts as required by law, so there are no import taxes or fees to pay for receiving our packages.

Do you provide Allergy Information?

We do not provide allergy information. If you have allergies we would recommend that you do not subscribe.

I need to change my address.

Changing your address is easy, and you can do this up until the 26th of each month. After logging into your account, click the “Change Address” button to edit your details.
